Teaching the joy and rewards of baking, Pastry Chef Matthew Mimmack of Dessert Demonstrations stresses the simplicity of baking at home.

Matthew has over 30 years of experience as a baker: from donuts, French pastries, cookies to artisan breads. As a contract instructor Matthew offers classes for adults, teens and children in communities throughout Monterey, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties.

The courses will introduce students on processes used in baking preparation. There will be step-by-step instruction on the products being demonstrated.
